Easy Edge, made with Blue Star Diamond Technology, is a revolutionary design that improves the quality of edge work while reducing the scratches and gouging that metal bond cup wheels can cause. The Easy Edge™ system will eliminate metal bond cup wheels on most concrete polishing projects. Easy Edge™ is fast, light weight and easy to use resulting in a superior edge.

Machines:  Easy Edge™ Ceramic Cupwheel can run on most hand grinders and walk behind edge machines that use a 5” or 7” wheel with 5/8"-11 threaded connection.  Please review maximum operating speed marked on our wheel and compare it to your grinder’s rpm.  Do not exceed the maximum operating speed of the wheel.

Mounting System: 5/8”-11 threaded adapter.

Concrete: Works well on hard, medium and soft concrete. Dry or wet.

    My guys really like these

Though costly they perform well removing pretty serious scratches & have good life. They outperform most other edging options.

    Smooths concrete without scratches

I polish Concrete and have been through a bunch of different systems. This works great for edges. On new construction or old this wheel is good enough to get your edges without chasing scratches on the next step. I'm able to use this and go straight to a 200 resin or even a 400 ceramic. They make them in 50 grit too if your concrete is a bit hard. I only break out the metal cups now for epoxy, glue and other tough top coat stuff. I had to change my old ways and it worked. The life on them are great too.

    Easy to use cupwheels

Posted by james on 31st Aug 2013

Tried these cup wheels and really like them. The 30 grit cuts almost as aggressive as a cup well but doesnt glaze or gouge if you keep it level. I bought 30 grit and 100 grit. Unless you have soft concrete, the 100 wont cover the 30 grit scratches. Recently bought the 50 grit and going 30-50-100 works nice. Only issue I have why its not a 5 star is I just had a very hard troweled concrete that the 30 grits barely made a dent in and had to resort to the cupwheel for speed and efficiency. For med hard through softer concretes, you will love them. I purchased the 5" versions.
