Shipping within the US
Basic Shipping Policies
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping charges are based on weight of the package, dimensions, destination and shipping time. We will gladly provide you with an estimate of the shipping charges upon request, however, fuel charges may apply. These are only estimates and are subject to change once the order has been placed.

We offer all methods of prepaid small parcel shipping and LTL freight. Should you prefer another shipping method, you may provide us with your account information and we will gladly ship collect.

Next day deliveries are NOT available to every address
Carriers do not always guarantee next day air deliveries to certain addresses including some residential, rural and certain suburbs. If you require your order next day, please ask customer service if it is available.

Saturday deliveries outside the U.S. are NOT guaranteed.

All claims for shortages in shipments must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of receiving the goods to be honored.

Orders placed after 2pm WILL NOT ship until the next business day.

Please note: Shipping to AK, HI, and Puerto Rico may be  subject to different shipping methods.

Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Items returned after 15 days you will receive store credit or equal exchange. We DO NOT accept returns on items after 30 days from the date of purchase.

Policy & Exclusions
• PCS will NOT accept returns on chemicals, polyurea, epoxy, pigments and/or dyes.  
• Products can only be returned if they are unopened and in the original packaging.
• Any accessories that were included with the item must be returned with the product for full refund. Items returned with obvious misuse, will not be credited.
• New products that have been modified or used can NOT be returned.
• A 15% restocking fee will apply on new equipment returns, if approved by PCS.
• PCS DOES NOT accept returns on USED Equipment purchases.
• Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.
• Returns that are NOT received in like condition will NOT be accepted or returned.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
• Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
• If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item) PCS will pay the return shipping costs.

Credit for returns are normally processed within 3-5 business days from the date we receive the merchandise and you should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of receipt of returned goods. Credit will be applied to the credit card or paypal account given online when the original order was placed. Account/store credit is also available upon request. 

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

International Shipping
Customers from around the globe can now shop directly on our website and feel secure that products will be delivered quickly and without the headache typically associated with international shipping.

When you ship internationally with PCS, you will have the peace of mind in knowing that your shipment will be handled carefully, precisely and efficiently delivered to the destination. We accept all major payment options including VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, PayPal, Google Checkout, or International Wire Transfer for a seamless shopping experience. All shipments include insurance and can be tracked through a unified tracking number and are shipped via international couriers FedEx, UPS or USPS.
 
International checkout is a simple, streamlined process that ensures customers know what they're paying for product and shipping upfront. Duties and tax, however, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the full landed cost of your invoice that will be rendered at time of checkout. 

International Shipping Methods
Polished Concrete Solutions ships product internationally within 24 hours of the order being placed, provided all items in the order are available and in stock. Delivery time depends on product availability, shipping destination and customs clearance. If an order is refused, we will credit for the cost of the product only (provided it is returned in good condition, unopened and unused). A 20% Restocking fee will be charged for returned international orders.

Back Orders and Partial Orders
When we receive an order and certain items are not in stock, you will be notified immediately by our Customer Card department to find out if you'd like us to hold the shipment until all goods arrive, ship partial shipment or modify the order to include comparable items that are currently in stock. Partial shipments will incur additional shipping fees that are the responsibility of the customer. To request partial shipment, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-827-6547.

Recommendations to make international shipping faster and hassle free
We highly recommend that you secure a broker and/or freight forwarder for international shipping to minimize delays or problems getting your order cleared through customs. If you do not have a broker or agent for clearing shipments through customs, then you should set up an account with FedEx or UPS. At the time of your order, indicate your FedEx or UPS account number for us to have duties and tax billed to. This ensures that once your order clears customs, duties and tax are billed to your account and your item continues to the final destination for delivery without delay. If you do not have a broker or an account with our shipping curriers, then you are responsible for paying duties and tax on your items before they are ever released for delivery to you.

Customs Charges
It is the customer’s responsibility to contact their local customs or courier office regarding any additional and applicable customs duties, tax or Vat charges. Commercial invoices will be rendered and included with all international shipments indicating the full landed cost of your order. Polished Concrete Solutions will not adjust the value of goods being shipped outside of the US on a commercial invoice. All items will be declared at full value paid and duties and tax is determined by the importing country. Polished Concrete Solutions has no control over these fees and is not responsible for paying them on customer's behalf.

APO/FPO
Merchandise cannot be shipped to an APO or FPO address via our usual couriers via FedEx or UPS. We will ship to such addresses using U.S. Postal Service Registered Mail. Mail addressed to military post offices overseas is subject to certain conditions or restrictions of mailing regarding content, preparation, and handling. Please consult your local postal office for more information. We reserve the right to limit the amount that can be shipped via the US Postal Service.
