MC-800 Propane “Joint Hog” Milling Machine

The MC-800P “Joint Hog” is a Milling machine designed to remove up to 4” in width and 1-3/4” in depth of concrete to repair spalled joints. It can also be used for grooving, cutting inlays, and to prep for permanent line striping in floors. This machine uses closely spaced diamond blades to cut away deteriorated concrete and leaves a textured, clean surface that requires no additional chipping or cutting before making a repair or filling. Blades can be spaced at various widths to achieve multiple results.
The “up-cut” direction of the blades ejects the concrete millings upwards, where a specialized “vacuum plenum” blade guard will collect the debris and dust. A polyurethane ground seal keeps the dust inside the guard. A vacuum with a minimum of 400 cfm is recommended to be used with this machine.
It is powered by a “certified” Propane 16 HP Vanguard V-Twin engine with an electric start and a C02 monitor. This machine is built on the U.S.SAWS JS Series frame that has been well-known to the last 20+ years of service. The frame is fully box welded of high-quality heavy gauge steel, and the solid rear axle serves as the chassis’ lifting pivot point for a nearly indestructible platform.
