The PLP Diamond System by STI is an easy-to-follow, 9-step planetary polishing system designed specifically for planetary machines. Made only of high quality materials according to STI’s strict standards, PLPs are guaranteed for long life & fast results, which equal HUGE savings in time and money.
The PLP System is a coordinated metal and resin bonded diamond system to perform concrete polishing using any planetary machine sized 770mm-950mm, 15-24HP & weighing between 800 and 1,000 pounds. The PLP System is only to be used dry and in sequence as numbered by tools #1 through #9. All tools are painted Yellow or use Yellow velcro to indicate a matched system.
Approximate life of the PLP metal-bonds is 20,000-30,000 SF. Approximate life of the PLP resin-bonds is 15,000 SF. (Refer to the TPS Technical Data Sheet on STI’s website for more detailed information.)
