Stabilize Concrete Slabs with Spal-Pro Stabilizer EXP Foam
Quick and Easy Solution for Stabilizing Concrete Slabs

Composition

Spal-Pro Stabilizer EXP is a 100% solids, two component, high-density hydrophobic polyurethane expanding foam for use in underslab stabilization of deflecting/rocking concrete floor panels. Spal-Pro Stabilizer EXP allows for return to service in 60 minutes or less.

Density: 8.0 pcf

LEED Compliant: Yes

Packaging: 10 Gallon Bulk Kit or 1500 ml Dual Cartridge Kit

Basic Use

SPAL-PRO STABILIZER EXP is used to correct conditions where concrete slabs deflect and/or rock when subjected to material handling vehicle loads. This condition is usually the result of slab curl or various subgrade/sub-base deficiencies.

Once injected into the voids beneath the slab, SPAL-PRO STABILIZER EXP expands and cures into a rigid, high density foam which fully supports the slab load and reduces or eliminates deflection within 45 minutes of installation. SPAL-PRO STABILIZER EXP has an installation and service temperature range of 38°F (3°C) to 100°F (38°C).

Sold in 10 Gallon Bulk Kit or 1500 ml Dual Cartridge Kit

    void filling under concrete slab

Posted by Steven Santorelli on 15th Jan 2018

I use this product underneath my bathroom floor slab . The floor was cracking and sinking because the Builder never Tamp the ground underneath the slab. I spoke with one of the technicians Jim from the company who was very helpful with me picking this product. It's very simple to use just follow the directions and it works great. The concrete floor is now stable and now I could do self-leveling over it install new tile.
