Truloc Diamonds

The patent-pending TruLoc system is designed for ease of use, tool security and optimum machine performance. TruLoc tools easily and securely slide into place with the stabilizer bars acting as guide rails. The robust rails hold the tool firmly, absorbing the torsion as the tool hits the floor. This protects the drive plates’ bevelled walls from premature wear which can result in the tools being released from the designated slots, damaging the floor and/or the machine.

Ten-Segment - Concrete Floor Grinding Disc

The Ten Segment floor grinding disc has ten robust metal-bond segments designed for maximum tool longevity. The radial-edged segments easily ride over inconsistencies in the floor. Additionally, the segments are designed to leave a subtle and consistent scratch pattern to properly prepare the concrete floor for the polishing steps.

Available in 5 bonds for any type of concrete - extra-soft, soft, medium, hard and extra-hard.

Five-Segment - Concrete Floor Grinding Disc

The Five-Segment floor grinding disc has five robust metal-bond segments designed for maximum tool longevity. The radial-edged segments easily ride over inconsistencies in the floor. With greater spacing between segments, the five-segment configuration is more direct and aggressive compared to the Ten-Segment configuration.

Available in 5 bonds for any type of concrete - extra-soft, soft, medium, hard and extra-hard.

Daisy - Concrete Floor Grinding Disc

The Daisy is a single-piece, solid-metal-bonded tool that should be run wet. Unlike other floor disc construction, the segments are integrated with the tool body. The Daisy efficiently prepares the concrete surface for polishing with an extremely uniform scratch pattern that is more subtle than other aggressive metals. It can be used effectively on any machine with a velcro attachment.

Super Segments - Concrete Floor Grinding Plate

The secret to the high performance of the Super Segment tool is in the metal-bond matrix and the position of the segments on the plate. The segments are specifically formulated for floor preparation. The Super Segment efficiently cuts through tough coatings and hard to open surfaces.

2 - ¼ PCDs + 1 Segment - Concrete Floor Coating Removal Tool

This unique tool contains two ¼ round PCD segments with a single metal-bond segment. Designed for efficient floor preparation, the PCDs aggressively remove floor coatings while the metal-bond segment smooths and refines the scratch pattern. Additionally, the metal-bond segment height is designed to avoid gouging the floor surface with the PCDs.

3 large PCDs + 3 Segments - Coating Removal Plate

Tackle concrete floor coating, mastic or glue removal with ease using this unique heavy-duty tool. With three large PCDs plus three metal-bond segments, this tool is fast and efficient. The PCDs aggressively attack the floor surface exposing aggregate while the metal-bond segments smooth and refine the scratch pattern. Additionally, the metal-bond segment height is designed to avoid accidental gouging the floor surface with the PCDs.
